Over the years these brick have developed their own unique patina within the building, industrial/mill town exposure, and exposure to the elements. Some of the 'Old Chicago's' are from a Pullman Railroad car assembly building and a Studebaker car manufacturing plant. Colour ranges from yellow through light orange and a variety of pastels - depending upon the clay and mineral content of the region of manufacture. They both mix well.
